Used to be better

These shoes used to be made out of leather. I didn’t pay enough attention to the description that they’re now man made (plastic basically). They look cheap and don’t fit as nicely - at all. I sent them back. Ps they run really small. I needed a wide just to get my foot in them. I suggest sizing up.

Cute shoe but the elastic rim was a mistake

Really liked the look of this shoe and it seemed decent quality. It was comfy except for one thing......there is elastic around the top and I knew this would cause a problem rubbing the top of my heel. I tired an innersole to raise up my foot so the elastic would hit lower down on my heel but I just couldn't fix the problem so i had to return the shoe.

I would give these product a ZERO if I could, I received used shoes that wasn’t in the original box, I’m very disappointed in Macys!!!!!!!!!!!

Cute ballet flat.

Good value, got them on sale. I thought they had elastic around the rim but they don't. Good for business casual environment.

Where are they?

I’m giving them one star because they are way overdue. Neither this pair nor a second color I ordered have arrived. This is very unlike Macy’s. The outside vendor’s fault, I suppose, but Macy’s needs to stay on this kind of thing better.

PRETTY GLITTER BUT UNCOMFORTABLE

This shoe has a pretty glitter and color, but as others said, it runs small. I even ordered a 1/2 size up and it was still tight. Also, for me at least, the back was too high and rubbed uncomfortably. Maybe on someone else this wouldn't be a bother. Based on my experience and others, if you are ordering this online, it's probably best to order a half to full size up from what you normally wear. Visually it's a stunner.
