Received used handbag.

The handbag I received was clearly used and returned, before it was sent to me. It has used lip gloss and used nail file in the inner zipper compartment. There were multiple dirty spots on the inside of the bag. The shipping and return label from the previous customer was still in the outer compartment! Have never had this happen with Macys.

Crossbody bag disaster

I don't like it, my neck turned dark and it burns from the strap. Not well made, the only good thing about it is the pockets. I would've returned but it's too much of a hassle and I already threw away the box.

Nice bag strap not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always very happy with your products. I do find however, that many of the purses I like now come with long straps. I would much prefer a short strap.
