Outer compartments and large pockets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag! As someone who travels weekly it meets my needs very well. Holds all my work items, water bottle, coffee cup, multiple pockets for phones, pens, and all other items. One thing I would have liked is the option to unclip the all the extra handles and have it just as a backpack, with the option to have the different shoulder straps if I wanted.

Great features but backpack straps are too long

I love the features of this bag, but the backpack straps were much too long for me so I had to return it. I didn't use it so my rating is based on the features. Even adjusted to the tightest length, the bag hung far down and away from my back and I think that would be a problem for carrying it any length of time. I'm 5/3". Maybe it would work better for someone taller.

Wow!

This bag is amazing. It can be worn as a backpack, shoulder bag, and crossbody. I love the amount of space it has. Great bag if you have a family.

Great bag!

Well constructed. Pockets well placed. The shoulder straps are comfy. It’s roomy enough to use for a minimalist 1 bag trip.
