Not Professional Not delivered
This is such an unprofessional approach to customers, I have never received item on the time 8 March as provided, then I called to the 1-800-289-6229 , no help, the operator says it had problem with locating my address, which is complete lie and they did not offer any help for the inconvenience. this was waste of time and my money.
disappointed
This bag was beautiful. But I was so disappointed the first time I used it. The strap broke.
Holds a lot but uncomfortable to carry.
It's a huge bag that holds a lot. It holds what I need but the straps are uncomfortable to keep on your shoulder. The little lock that keeps it closed came off the purse. It was easy to put back in and tighten it but I keep wondering when it will give again. I was surprised that this is how it arrived considering the brand. Thought about taking it back but decided against it since it was a quick fix.
The bag is REALLY big! And the material was a bit cheap to me. Actually some of the “pleather” was peeling. Cost too much to not be satisfied with the purchase. I returned it.
Does not match description
Much wider than I expected. Does not fit on my carry-on. It is as wide as a checked bag. The tag hanging off of the bag says it has a zip top closure but it doesn't. So this could easily be pickpocketed. It's being returned. It would be a great bag for a car trip in the US but not for some of the sketchy areas in Europe where the gypsies are known to hang out
