Babyliss is the best

I bought this to replace my 2005 Babyliss flat iron, which was my go-to for over 15 years, but I thought it was time for a upgrade. I have been happy so far with this new model!

Nothing like Description - Doesn't Work

I did quite a bit of research on this product before ordering it and thought this was the best option. I've also purchased Babyliss products before and know the quality. Unfortunately, this Flat Iron does not meet the Babyliss quality standard I've come to trust. The iron is awkward and does not hold the hair to deliver the curls described. I have naturally curly, thick hair that takes about 20 minutes to straighten using my Babyliss blow dryer. I was looking to create some loose curls using this iron, but despite the one short video and mounds of instructions, it just didn't work. :( My old Chi actually works better despite being much smaller. I am returning this product.
