Love !

Love the wide plates but skinny thickness so you don’t get weird ridges at the root - I love to use on thick long hair - keratins - this is my 2 nd one of this size - the plates seem to last a long time. And I use it in the salon

I am so pleased with this flat iron. I was sketical because I had a different one for 20yrs. This is so smooth, it makes my hair perfectly straight. I love the many different heat settings. I would recommend this to anyone!

Good but not great

Got this because of the reviews that said it worked really well on thick, wavy hair. It eventually makes my hair pretty straight, for the most part, but I do have to go over small pieces many times even on the highest temperature setting. I was expecting better based on other reviews and the price point. I will say it doesn't make my hair smell like it's burning every time like my cheap straightener did, so probably better quality in that regard.
