Depends on what you are looking for

If you are truly looking for the texture and flavor of traditional cake pops then you should make them from scratch. This is good if you want cake in tiny ball shapes that are not cake pops. Also, it comes with a warning label that due to the materials used, product may cause reproductive harm (can’t remember exact wording but something like that).

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Make sure you spray with oil before using as the cake mix tends to stick to the machine, but the machine bakes evenly and quickly. It definitely saved me time having this and my oven to make as many cake pops as possible. It's very similar to a waffle iron and all you have to do is pour in the batter and put the lid down. The machine is also semi-compact and can easily fit in a drawer.

Neat!!

So fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting one of these forever! It's so fun and so easy. Like using a waffle maker for cake! My 4 year old and I have been having so much fun trying different flavors and practicing making the perfect cake pop. This is going to be awesome for parties! We always have parties, cookouts and get-togethers at our home. You better believe there will now be cake pops at all events lol. Everyone has been enjoying them and we love our little cake pop maker! Trust me... you need one!!

Malfunctioning piece

There is an inside piece that keeps unscrewing, so it needs to be returned. Really disappointing because we used the machine and it wasn't a problem, so it appears something is wrong with this item.

So helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love making cake pops with my kids but they can be super messy. This handy little machine makes it so much cleaner and more enjoyable! My advice is to use the recipes in the booklet- otherwise it could turn into a big mess or not cook right!
