The quality of this shirt at this price point was beyond what I expected. The fabric and stitching were the selling points.

Employee incompetence

I ordered the shirt in an 18 1/2, 36-37. It arrived 34-35. I returned it to the store and reordered the 36-37. It arrived again, 34-35! I was very displeased!!!

Shirt is great, but Macy shipped it in properly

Macy’s shipped this in a bag And both identical shirts got damaged. A third one was sent later directly from Brooks Brothers in a box. This one arrived properly, but the return process hasn’t been fun as they wouldn’t accept it at the store.
