Bad customer service in Defective shoes

Velcro on right sandal would not stay velcroed, I only wore twice. They Re defective. I tried returning to Macy's and they would not let me return them. Because they said I used them and they could not resell them. Why would Macy's want to tet and sell shoes that are defective.

Cute for someone younger

Very cute shoes...the only problem is it's like walking on concrete..there's know support... I walked around maybe 2-3 minutes And ugh ...cute but not for me..maybe for someone younger with sturdy feet. Cork was just to hard..to walk with. Which was a bummer.. I was really looking forward to getting these sandals..
