Summer dress with a great neckline

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this dress, but the straps are too long for me as a 5'3 person. I would need it shortened by 2". I wish it was adjustable. The dress is super fresh and cute, perfect for Spring and Summer. The neck line is adorable and very flattering
