Damaged Delivery and Horrible Customer Service

My package was delivered today, and it arrived completely mutilated and broken. I reached out to customer service 4 different times, and each time they disconnect me and do not help me. I spent over $2,000 in the last month, and I will never shop here at Macy's again. I do not recommend Macy's. They are not the store they used to be.

Waste Basket

Worst packaging ever! First waste basket arrived chipped, second waste basket was in pieces. Hopefully third time is the charm as I have the bathroom already set up with everything else or I would be returning it all!!!
