You tried to steal money from my account and tried not honor the 4th July sale and shipped after 4th so u then tried act like my items were retail price shame on u macys

Online purchase

Upon receiving the set, one pillow case was torn 5-6 inch’s down the side seam. I was very disappointed to learn that the set was not eligible to be returned and I’m stuck with new pillow case that was not sew nor checked before packaging and selling.. Do not recommend if can’t be replaced

Bedsheets

The bedsheets does not fit perfectly for queen size mattress. It will work better for a full size bed. The duvet is very comfortable and cozy

Totally disappointed. Looked at comforter sets on different store websites and decided to order from Macy's thinking they sold better quality. I might as well have gone to Walmart and get better quality. The comforter is thin and flat; sheets poor quality material ; pillows same thing. Again, DISAPPOINTING!!
