Works great up to 1 gig speeds

Works great up to 1 gig speeds. My internet connection is 600 MBPS and this thing has no trouble at all keeping up with multiple people connected. Has never let me down.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worked well for 6 months, and then now it keeps disconnecting. Updating the firmware doesnt work from the app, the GUI or manually. I actually just bought a new router.

To resolve this issue, please do a power cycle on both the router and your ISP's modem, check if the router's security credentials still matches with your ISP's modem. If you are unable to update the firmware using the ASUS application, try to flash it using the Web-based GUI. Product stopped working

Received defective item. It was working fine for 2-3 weeks but out of the blue it stopped working. I processed a return and sent the item back but they denied it once the item was back at the warehouse with them. They emailed saying it was to late and I needed to pay for shipping if I wanted my item back. I sent multiple emails with no response and once I called the rep said they never got my emails and sounded like she hates her job. She didn't provide a solution until I asked for one. She said she would see if her warehouse still has my item and let me know. Overall pretty bad customer service from unbeatable sales for this purchase.

Great router, easy to setup and quick initial conn

Got this to replace an older Linksys gaming router. Needed one for gaming and streaming and this one fits the bill perfectly. Didn't break the bank and the initial setup was quick and easy. After playing with it for a few wees , have found more features and can even make adjustments with my phone. Awesome product.
