Astaire 7 PC Outdoor Dinning
We purchase our set in August of this year and we love it. We also purchased two rockers and put them as end pieces. All chairs are sturdy and comfortable. We check to see if it was in stock. It was and Macys had it delivered to us within a few days. They assembled it and placed it where we wanted it. Very satisfied with our purchase.

Disappointed in Macy's
I was emailed a flyer presenting this outdoor dining set on July 4th. The item looked great and the price seemed reasonable. I decided to pull the trigger quickly. Unfortunately, here we are, 23 days later and the item has not delivered. It hasn't even shipped. Macy's site suggests they'll notify me when my item delivers to their warehouse. This suggests they are selling something they don't even possess. As of 7/27, no notification. Further, I've reached out to Customer Service to discuss the matter and did not get a response. This is a summer item that will be used in northern Ohio. Who knows if i'll get it or not. If I do, it seems it will be at summers end, just in time to pack it up and cover for winter. I thought about cancelling, but their site doesn't allow me to even inquire about this option. You can do better, Macy's.

Disappointing
Buyer Beware! Very poor construction and design. 11’ umbrella was delivered end of April. It’s now 4th of July weekend (a little over 2 months) and there’s a hole in the cover where the arm base has poked through. Also, every single time umbrella opens, you must manually insert each of the cover’s sleeves onto the 8 base arms. Never had to do that with an outdoor umbrella before. And Macy’s won’t take the umbrella back . . .

Was delivered damaged/scratched, I hope the second attempt will be damage free.

Rusted
This outdoor piece rusted days after delivery and now there’s a back order and not available. Bad quality and now I’m worried about the quality of the rest of the furniture that was purchased with this.

too dark gets HOT
This color is too dark and the table burns hot in the sun. Too bad it doesn’t come in white or some other lighter color. We are selling this and will get another table next year. My kids hate it :(
