Great light weight gym shoes!

I bought these about a month ago, and I love them. They are lightweight, probably not as cushioned as other asics like nimbus, but I don’t mind it. I use them for the gym because I go 7 times per week, for 2 hours or longer each day. I run, do stairs, lift weights, dance, cycle, and more, you name it! I have used these shoes for all of the above and they feel great, I feel light, and flexible with them. They look and feel great! Probably not for everyone, especially if you like them more cushioned. But this is coming from someone who has various pairs of different styles of asics ( nimbus, trabuco max, cumulus, and kayano ). I alternate but I use these a lot more than others. I would recommend them for the price.

Good Arch support for running

I like these. They’re really comfortable, feel good running pavement, and treadmill. I haven’t tried them on dirt yet. 7.5 was perfect for me. I like support without feeling like I’m running on marshmallows. I typically wear size 8 Brooks Ghost 15. I have a high arch, underpronate on my right foot, neutral left. My heel is skinny but the ball of my foot is wide-ish. It’s hard to find good running shoes!
