Support is too stiff

Too much support makes my feet painful after a 12-hour shift. I also wear a pair of GEL NIMBUS at work that doesn't make my feet sore.

Excellent shoe

Great shoe for flat feet. Very comfortable and toe area is plenty wide enough. The price was good too. I ended up buying a second pair.

Has its pros and cons

I really wanted to try the kayano because of its reviews for stability. I run about 3 miles 5x a week or so. I sized up half a size as I normally do and I do feel that my toes kind of hit the edge. They do provide stability though which helps. I have a narrow foot and they do hug so I would not recommend for wider feet. All around they are a good running shoe but I still think the Novablast will stay as my go to!

Thick Heel Causes a Rocking Motion

The shoe has a lot of cushion, but the cushion in the heel is so high that you feel like you are rocking with every step. After 15 minutes of walking on the treadmill at 0 percent incline, my calves were cramping, which had not happened in my old shoes. I've tried a couple of times with the same results. They are super cute but I would return them if I could. It was a waste of my money.

Not great for running (blisters bc of tongue!)

Cute shows but the tongue was so long it that it made cuts into my ankles, causing blisters within 4 miles of my first run with them. Pretty painful.
