Good but not enough

These were very comfortable, until I walked around. They slipped on my heel just walking around the house for a minute, so I knew that a 4 mile walk would be not good. I returned them.

Great All-Around Shoes

This is a good, all-around shoe for fashion, running shorter distances and hikes less than 2-3 miles. It does not have the support of a hiking shoe but no one would expect it to. It is quite well padded an comfortable. I have very difficult feet and I like it. I kept borrowing my daughter's when I was at her house and like them. I decided to buy my own pair. I just took them on vacation and wore them on 3 hikes, a bike ride and walking around small towns in New England.

Good shoes vs. Limited funds

As far as construction structure of a shoe is considered, it's well made. I put in my own shoe inserts to give more support. I went with this shoe because it had a really good sale at the time. Shoes have become so expensive and I had to sacrifice foot health in order to afford a new pair of shoes. It's becoming more difficult to afford good shoes for overpronation.

This model runs a half size short in length

I ONLY wear Asics due to various issues with my feet and have been lucky to purchase them online and have them fit. This is the first time a pair I ordered have felt too "short" in the toe length. I have kept them anyway as I figure they will eventually stretch out, but for anyone else ordering this model, I would go up a half size.
