Fantastic Shoe

Amazing For Performance

Amazing For Performance - Not sure if it's placebo but I genuinly got way faster when I began using this trainer (might be that my previous pair was far too worn day. Will see how these hold up - but after ~300 miles: still in great shape!)

I have been a fan of the Nova Blast line from Asics for a while. The Nova Blast 5 is, in my opinion, one of, if not the best, versions of the Nova Blast collection. They fit true to size and are running shoes more than walking shoes. These can be used for long runs, pace work, etc. A great buy and will be buying the shoes again.
