Can I give it zero stars?

The only thing good about this is the color. Made according to directions. Waffle, if you can call it that, dripped when turned, was spongie at best, never cooked evenly and I kept trying to get a crispy waffle. No luck. What about that measuring cup? It’s going back. Worst product ever!

Nope

The flipping mechanism was loose- out of the box. Directions say measuring cup included- it's not. Neither of we're dealing breakers if it functioned well. Directions instruct you to oil the plates before adding batter. I find oil on the outside of the unit in places that weren't oiled. Even on the highest dial setting, the ready light comes on before the waffle is brown. After 6 uses, the ready light comes on or goes off arbitrarily. I could even live with that if it produced brown waffles. It doesn't. Although it has a warranty, it don't want a new one because I don't think it is defective- it is just poorly engineered. Via email, I asked Macy's customer service for a refund today.

Not what expected

It could be made of better materials. The was color was nice but the functionality was poor. Did not flip easily. Per the packaging it was to include a measuring cup which was not in the box. I returned it
