Broken glass around opening jars

very excited to get the items , but glass chips and cannot use this jar for restoring foods.

Not entirely dishwasher safe

Even though advertised as dishwasher safe, it needs to be noted that whole jar is not dishwasher safe. After one wash, the metal wire casing holding the lids to the jar has a weird white film.

Arrived broken!

Shards of glass cut my hand, even though box was sealed. Item Says “final sale” no returns”final act” Purchase so I don’t know how to start a return! Advise not to purchase since it’s not properly packed for shipping and fragile.
