Not Even a year

I bought two of these in January. It is now September and they don’t work anymore. They don’t charge they don’t turn on. It’s almost as if the battery just died. The product worked pretty well in the beginning, after a month, I started seeing problems. I would wash the blender as recommended but every time I felt that I had to wait to use it because a little water would get into the charging port and the blender would not turn on. I also felt that I could only blend maybe three times before the battery would need to be charged so I was charging it often, since I was making smoothies daily. Sometimes it didn’t even turn on. So I got 9 months of use out of this I expected it to last awhile since I followed the care directions that were provided, and so not pleased.

Personal Blender

The blender is ok, it can't handle frozen fruit well unless it is in very small pieces. The blades jam a lot, and it shuts off. You have to shake the contents and restart constantly.
