Burns the rice

I really love this pot, however every time my rice burns at the bottom. Has this happen to everyone else?

Not as Specified.

The rice cooker capacity is 4 cups. There is no way you can cook 8 cups of rice in this cooker.

Not a good product.

I have only had this rice cooker for 3 months and have to file a claim on the warranty twice! It works really good when it works but on both occasions it just stopped working. It won’t power back on. The warranty has worked great but I don’t want to have to use the warranty, I want my cooker to work.

Great

This is an upgrade to my previous Aroma rice cooker. The first one still works but this one works better and has more features. I've only used it for cooking rice but it will cook other grains. My rice came out perfect!!! Glad I purchased it.

Is ok for rice cooking and saute feature

Is just ok for rice cooking and saute feature- DEFINITELY NOT comparable to actual rice cooker, as does not "keep warm" without turning into gloppy crunchy disaster. Have not used slow cook yet- not sure if I would keep as a multi-purpose unit.
