Be careful

Be careful. This design likes to have the plug fall out - so while you think it's cooking...it's not We should have sent it back to see if others are the same way.

I love this appliance

I love this appliance. I was a little worried because I have not used stainless steel pans in several years and clean up was a concern l. Well, that concern was unfounded because even fried on foods are easily cleaned with a very short soak. I also love the size of the pan and the fact that I don’t have to constantly check on foods simmering on the stove.
