Good concept, bad application

TLDR: Not sturdy, bad customer service, trained dogs only PROS: Lightweight, easy to assemble. It'll never fold back up as nicely as when you first got it, but it's transportable. CONS: NOT STURDY. My teething puppy managed to chew through the bottom circle piece, then was able to go underneath the pen and get out anytime he wanted, which of course defeated the purpose of the pen. Secondly, the CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I asked for a replacement part they said they only replace products for free when they had a manufacturer defect. Okay, fine. I offered to PAY for a replacement part and they refused and told me to fix it myself... This claims to be made for dogs but evidently wasn't built for them. If your dog doesn't chew, dig, pee, poop, climb, or crawl, or if you can constantly be monitoring your dog, then sure, this pen will do just fine. But if you're shopping for play pens, I doubt this is the case.

Impressive gift! Great play yard for kitty!

I purchased this for my son for Christmas as he just rescued a kitten. He absolutely loves it and she does too! It is a good size, folds for storage or transport and now that he works remotely, it will come in handy! It actually fits her bed, toys and dishes so it will not be confining. Macy's shipped out and delivered quickly so we are happy shoppers!
