Where is my order It has been 2 weeks!!

I ordered this 2 weeks ago and still.....nothing. My calls, my chats and my e mails all result in the same answer. We don't know. I have tracked the package and it only shows where the label has been printed, nothing else has been done to fulfill this order. Nor have they offered to eliminate the charge on my Macy's charge card. So I am paying interest on and paying for a product I have not nor will not receive.
