Great pillows

Larger than I expected, very comfortable and soft.

Packaging was HORRID

Macy's just keeps giving worse and worse customer service- and what's worse is they don't care. The pillow itself is fine, but it was thrown in a cardboard box-with NO wrapping (such as plastic). The rocket scientist delivery service left the box in the pouring rain- with nothing to protect the box from getting drenched. The pillow got soaking wet. There was also no receipt-jsut the pillow thrown in a box. Many of my friends have stopped shopping at Macy's because of the unacceptable customer service, in-store(where the employees act more like hostages than happy employees) and online.

No lumbar support

It is a lovely looking pillow, however, the lower lumbar area is not as supportive as I had hoped.

Rough as can be

The sheets are very rough, almost felt like sandpaper when your skin is against it while rotating in bed.
