broke as soon pour hot water

couple of mug broke as soon I pour hot water for the tea in the mugs. very bad quality. I am afraid if rest of them break while drinking tea or coffee in them.

weird line

There is a weird line on the outside of the surface; it seems the mug was clued from two halves of the mug, and the inside surface is not smooth: two dents corresponding to the handle. If I could, I would return it.
