This was given to me for Christmas. Never worked and when I tried to return it Macys said it couldn’t be returned because I was from a 3rd party vendor. I called the company only to be dipped again. They said they would email me and mail me a return label but it never came. After calling customer service a 3rd they said it was too late and they couldn’t do anything about it. So I lost almost $400. Never purchase electronics from Macys. Especially during Christmas.
Great but some issues
Works great at first, but now I am having lines and streaks in both the digital and prints

Camera doesn’t seem to work
Everything seems to work except the camera 📷:( very disappointed ☹️ right now.

White Lines
A week after setting up my photo booth, the screen and images printed have white lines on them. Rebooting and unplugging doesn't help. Waiting for word from the company...
