Great costumer service

I purchased a replacement water tank and made a few silly mistakes trying to install it. Jackson, I believe his name was, happened to answer the phone each time I called. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. If only all customer service representatives we're like him

Low pressure coming from faucet

The details on this say it come pre-pressured at 5 psi, but mine showed up with 40 PSI Other brands only require 7-8 psi, and so I'm not sure why this one needs to much pressure, but it still doesn't give good water pressure from the faucet. When this ROES 50 was new, it had good pressure with that original tank, but I never had the air pressure as high as 40 on the tank. The first tank didn't last long either. It lasted maybe 3 years. I have friends with a different brand and their tank is 10 years or more and still has good pressure and water flies out of the faucet strong. Significantly better than mine.

Dear customer, I am sorry to hear about this issue. We have not heard this happening as our standard size tanks come pre-pressurized with 5-7 psi air pressure. You can de-pressurize the tank down to 7 and should be fine. Our tanks on average last 4 years more or less depending on usage. Did the Trick!

Looks like the bladder in my 15 year old unit was bad. The customer service rep helped troubleshoot and I replaced the tank. It took a bit to fill up but this solved my problem of low water pressure after about a quart of water!

Our 10 year old holding tank bit the dust, this new tank from APEC is a direct replacement at a great price. We couldn’t be happier with our APEC R.O. System’s performance over the years and I was amazed the tank lasted this long
