Terrible shipping and follow up

My furniture order was lost by Fed Ex, I have still not received a refund or my furniture and it has been over 2 weeks!! Macy’s customer service does not follow up and make sure I have been helped, communication has been terrible and not acceptable from a major retailer like Macy’s. Especially for a 40+ year customer. My wife and I do not plan to shop at Macy’s again until this made right.
