I Love everything about these pans Except, The finish in the interior of the pan wall is very thin. The lower construction of the pan's are good and solid but then you used a single wall construction on the sides, and the burn easier, and are subject to getting dented and scratched easier as well. The Lid's are the best I've ever seen/used. They have a solid construction, and great raised dome design, and handle design is great for keeping the handle cooler. I'm going to keep the set as back up, but as a Retired 40 year Chef, This is my best opinion.

Poor quality
I am very unhappy with the quality of these pots and pans. The exterior finish on one of the pans came damaged, another is bent. They don’t clean easily even following all the care instructions after one use they look spotted old. I have requested to return them to the company and awaiting a reply.

I have been using this brand of cookware for a long time and it never disappoints me.

I think I made a good choice it's other good brand names out that's more higher in quality but it's about knowing the ends and out of the product the do's and don't taking care of the product and treating it right thanks

Those parts look pretty nice and everything, but once you get them And you cook for them, they stick very very much
