Absolutely Great for Cooking

This 12-inch Stir Fry is the best for cooking. It is deep enough to cook things without splattering oil all over the range. And it allows cooking vegetables without going over the edge of pan.

Best ceramic nonstick induction, friendly, frying pans ever

When we first got our induction stove, we bought one at each of three different brands of frying pan, different sizes. The Analon pan started out better and held up so much better than the others that we actually gave the other two away and bought more of the Analon brand.
