Scratched after first use

Scratched after first use . Uses wooden laddle but somehow it had scratches all over. I threw the box thinking it would be a good item. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend. Not worth the money.

Disappointed

The wok itself was warped on the bottom and did not sit flat on the stove. The cover also did not stack well to be able to store it. Sadly had to return.

Love this wok

I really love this wok, the way it’s designed without long handle, very convenient to accommodate in the kitchen and stove top. Sturdy, heat resistant, non-stick coat very durable. I use it daily and bought it twice.

Right pot..wrong Stove!

I never received the merchandise. Macys sent it to the wrong address. I was so disappointed. needless to say, I was really looking forward to using it. I was only offered a refund. The refund did not solve the problem. I still do not have the merchandise after [providing the correct shipping and billing information as presented in the original order. I really expected better service.

long lasting

i bought this a couple years ago and its the best wok i have. burnt a few things in it but cleans easily. decides to put a review because i was cooking something and realizes i love it so much
