Soft with comfortable heels. The edges around the shoes feels tight after wearing for a while.

Very nice shoes

I bought them for my mother. All my sisters loved them. Very dressy shoes. I recommend the shoes.

Poor quality finish on the heels

I bought these as an alternate to Easy Spirit wedge shoes that I own and love which were out of stock. The Anne Klein looked like a good alternative shoe with the same style. When I took them out of the box, I was really disappointed in the quality of the heel. They have creases where the foam (?) isn't smoothed so it looks really cheap, like a styrofoam coffee cup. Top looks ok but I won't wear these. I didn't even try them on - they are being returned.
