Twice sent me the wrong watch

I'm not sure if Macy's actually has this watch. I ordered it twice online and each time got a different AK watch, both of which I returned. I talked to customer service and explained they had an inventory confusion and they said it was definitely available at my local Macy's. When I got there they did not have it, but the computer said they did. The photo looks great, but I have yet to see it in person.
