Material good for lounging top at home, not public

I was surprised at this faux, silk, polyester material [cheap?]. I thought would be a nice tunic top over legging for an evening out. NOT. Definitely an at home material. I didn't catch this in the reviews. Plus, the SM was too large for my 5'1" 105lb frame

My wardrobe has lots of pieces from this brand.But for this one the quality of the material is good but with the brand’s reputation could have been better
