Damaged and no compensation after ordering twice.

I've ordered this coat twice in emerald green.Both times it came in damaged.They only offered me a $10.00 star money to keep it.Im very disappointed in Macys.Im a loyal customer who order all the time.Ive account is paid out and I doubt if I'll be doing business with them again

Ordered on 12/30/23 and never received. Macys rep lied and said she cancelled the order after not receiving it but didn't cancel it.
