Zipper

This is a cute purse and good size for me but the zipper gets stuck when it's open/at the beginning of the zipper. Hopefully it doesn't get worse.

Anne Klein bag

I only used the handbag a few times. The zipper never worked properly. Always hard to open and close. Handle hooks coming away from purse. Very poor quality.

ok I guess!

Nice bag but not large AT ALL! I read reviews that mentioned this bag is either too large or just large.. I’m honestly confused, this bag is medium size, I was expecting a really large bag, it’s really nice and I kept it but a little disappointed with the size..

Exactly what I had in mind

Shopping at Macy's has been a pleasant experience. I knew that I needed to see the purses in person so I narrowed it down to four. I made my decision and kept one and it was such an easy procedure to return the others back to Macy's. Thank you for making my shopping experience and return so easy! Oh, yeah, I forgot to add that I love the purse. It was a little bigger than the one I have and that was exactly what I was looking for. It's sturdy and durable with the necessary pockets that I desire and I hope to get a long life from it like I did the last purse I bought from Macy's.

its a cute bag, but i failed to read the dimensions correctly and its too big for me, but a friend of mine loves it (she has a lot of stuff), so im giving it to her as a gift. I dont shop at our local store anymore, my cashier was not very pleasant and i felt unwelcomed. She was nice and friendly to the customers prior to me so it was a little disturbing. So I will continue to shop online or go to Dillards.
