Beautiful but Uncomfortable

It’s a real shame because this shoe is so beautiful. Once on it still looks very nice but just try to walk. It’s impossible unless your toes come to an extreme point. I bought my usual size 8 for closed toe shoes. Tried to find a way by adjusting the heal strap but it was of no use. Sadly returning them.
