heel cap came off

Very bad quality shoes. I am not happy that ai could got Vole Haan and i hot these to wear fee times and the boots are poor quality

Worn once heel cap came off

These were worn once and the heel cap fell off and needed to go to the Shoemaker for a repair. Very poor quality.

Poor Quality

I got these in November and maybe at most wore them once a week. By February they had a hole in the heel. I am now trying to return them.

not properly sized

Purchased these Anne Klein boots, thinking they would fit as my other pair did. These are not properly sized. I could barely fit my foot in them. They are otherwise a nice quality but sadly, returned.

Comfortable but low quality

I love how comfortable Anne Klein shoes are especially with their flex padding. These were super comfortable and the only ones I could wear with my plantar fasciitis issue. But the sole on one of the boots literally tore up after just a few uses. I was disappointed at how low quality the insole of these ended up being. They didn’t last even a few weeks.
