waiting for package

Please don’t use DSL door dash . I never received my packages still waiting for this dress. Now I have to wait to call customer service and wait 2 weeks to get my money back. Shame, I really wanted this dress. Please use UPS instead. I’m tired of doing this especially when I really wanted this dress.
