BAD DESIGN

Loved the coat and the powder blue color, BUT the label sewn in on the sleeve was impossible to remove. I even to it to a seamstress at my cleaners and she refused to even try for fear of damaging the material. I'm now stuck with a beautiful coat I can't wear and can't return since this was purchased last year and never worn.
