Wrong item sent and now out of stock

The size chart was not accurate so I had to return and then orders a lager size. Then they sent me the wrong item and the item I ordered was no longer available so I never received the replacement on the larger size. Very disappointed because it’s a nice jacket and really wanted it in the right size.
