Strange fit

I liked the color of this coat very much. It does run quite long, but I wanted a coat to cover my legs as much as possible for when I clean snow off my car and shovel, so I didn't mind the very long length. I'm 5' and 97 lbs., and I ordered this coat in the 2P. The coat just fit over a sweater around the bust and shoulders but was HUGE from below the bust down. Very odd fit. I sent it back and kept the Jones of New York Petite Maxi Walker coat in a 4P.

Cut very slim, light weight, wrinkles, feels rough

I really wanted to like this coat. I ordered the 12P in charcoal so that it wouldn't come down to my ankles. I am a 36B 5'4" and the 12P was too tight to wear anything but a blouse. I don't think a 14 or 16P would have fit well either. I walked around in the house with the coat on and realized that I missed having 2 more buttons at the bottom to keep the cold air from blowing in. It was also very itchy around my neck and I have a shorter wool coat from another maker that doesn't do this. Didn't feel like it had any cashmere in it like it said. It was also a wrinkled mess and very lightweight. It's a dress coat without any real warmth value. Even though I got on sale, I returned.

Soft and light

I'm 4'11 and about 114 lbs. I ordered 6P and it's slightly too roomy. It is long, about 4" above my ankles but I love the length because my legs won't be cold. I think 4P would fit me better. I'm not crazy the neck. The 1st button is way too low. In all, it's a well made coat. Very soft and very light. The camel color is slightly darker than the picture.

Best Coat - 5'2"

I bought this coat in a size 2 and it's beautiful! Originally I was worried that even in the petite size that this coat may be too long but luckily it hit at the perfect length for my height. I am so excited to wear this out! It's light enough to be able to move around in, but heavy enough to keep you warm if it's chilly!

Lint Magnet

The styling of this coat is tailored, yet feminine and smart looking. That's what initially attracted me to the coat, but in person, this coat looks inexpensive and easily attracts lint. At first glance, the cashmere that's suppose to be in the coat is not at all evident. What's worse, when I received this coat at home, I opened the box and the coat was so much covered in lint that it looked as if it had been on a stockroom floor, making the coat look older than it is. And I just got it! In terms of quality and attention paid to details, the clothes for women at Macy's could be a lot better.

Anne Klein petite maxi coatg

In the picture the coat’s length come to between knees and ankles, but after I ordered and tried, it’s come to close my ankles, was too big all over so I had to return it. Color’s too darker than picture. not pretty color.... I was disappointed.

Good fit, but...

I’m 5’0 & weigh 113. I wanted a long coat so I’m definitely satisfied with the size 4p on my waist/length. My only complaint is with the sleeves, it’s slightly to long which I shouldn’t have to deal with since it is a petite size. I love the camel color and it goes with with anything. It keeps me warm during the winter in MD.
