Everything, very comfortable the style ,the look. It's really a great looking shoe with pants and skirt. I would highly recommend i., but the most important thing is that it's very comfortable

Havent worn yet but adorably cute bootie in a very pretty dark corwn color as shown online. The heel height is very comfortable when I tried them on. I wear 5M and they fit well. Bought on sale

Chipped black material after 1 week of wear

Stylish and comfortable..... but after 1 week of having them the black material around the heel started to scratch and chip away. VERY disappointed because the last shoes I had like this from Kohls lasted me 6 years. These I'm afraid won't even last me the next few months...

Nice Look

Loved the look. Nice leather quality, and the design was unique. Heel height was perfect for causal and dress wear. Good choice and price was good.
