Disappointing

bad experience again

awful experience. Lately Macys has gone downhill with customer service after last year I stopped shopping here tried this year and was screwed up again. The order had a delivery date which was perfect for a family party I need it for. Then two days before party I got a notification it was delayed. I ran out got another gift, then get home there was a delivery from Macys. Open it up there was a pair of earrings. I called but the customer service person was confused as said that if the paperwork said gold bracelet, I can't send earrings back the invoice has to natch the product I just hung up I'll keep the earrings and never shop online at macys again.
