Still Waiting for Delivery 20 days and Counting

Ordered this item on July 1st. It is 21 days later and I still have not received. Contacted Macy’s twice about not receiving item. First time I was told it would arrive the next day (which clearly the tracking package data had it in another state) and the second time they said they would “investigate” it. Also filled out a survey about my experience and asked to be contacted. Still nothing and no contact. Hard to review an item I’ve never received. Bought matching top and got it the same week. Now I only have half a bathing suit.
