Bright and pretty!

It's so bright and pretty. Screams summer! Ordered the medium. I'm 5'3, 150lbs and it fit a little big on me but I was okay with it. I'm just a petite size in clothing. This can be worn as a shirt too.

I like the colors in the picture better some of the actual colors look neon all other features look like the picture
