Minus ZERO Rating Shipped a Broken Necklace

I brought this for my niece for Christmas as I had brought two last year for my sisters. I did not inspect the necklace as I never had a problem with jewelry purchased online with Macy. I was wrapping up my gifts this morning, all jewelry from Macy. I discovered that this chain was not clasped and was tangled, further reviewed show that the chain did not have a clasp. I was shipped a damaged necklace!!! I'm very disappointed and without a gift for my niece and have a non-wearable piece of jewelry. I'm a platinum customer; can this item be replaced??? Lesson learned here, always inspect purchases ASAP, do not rely on past experiences with a store. I was unable to upload a picture.

Angel necklace cute

It’s pretty, it’s small. It shines. Something for a petite person or 14-17 yr old child. I dislike when a company leads you to believe the item is worth more money than it is. No deal here. Worth $100/150

Beautiful!

My friend loved the necklace! The wings themselves represent such a special meaning, but this design is amazing! The chain & pendant are soo shiny & brilliant…and the way it looks when wearing is just gorgeous! It does look delicate and dainty, but looks well made. I highly recommend this necklace for yourself or as a gift for someone special! Thank you Macy’s for such a beautiful piece of art!

Lovely little angel wings.

Yes....this is a very delicate dainty piece...but it is lovely on ! I am really enjoying this necklace. Perfect length. 17 inches. Great for layering !

Badly knotted

Pretty and delicate necklace, chain badly knotted. I tried for an hour to untangle abc then returned it. Was afraid I’d break it.
