Missing package expected delivery for 3/24/25.

I have not received these items that stopped in Middleton, PA on 3/18/25. Package was scheduled for 3/24/25.

Nice set

I had been wanting an insulated carry tote for a 9x13” pan. So when I found this set on sale, the price was right and I purchased it. It arrived quickly and in good condition. My only complaint is that the insulated carrier wasn’t covered in plastic or anything and there are some dark scuff marks on it. I would prefer it didn’t look dirty before it was ever used. The pan and lid are as expected.

Arrived Dirty Disappointing Experience

I’m really disappointed that they sent a product that was visibly dirty. Why would they think that’s acceptable? It seriously affects customer satisfaction—no matter how well the product functions or looks, receiving it in that condition is frustrating. I'm not sure if the issue is with Macy’s or Anchor Hocking, but it arrived in a Macy’s red star box, which makes me question their quality control.

Ver nice for the price, (I bought it on sale,) I did notice that the dish was very shallow that came with the set, so I also bought a deeper dish and it fitted into the carrier quite nicely as well .
